CTG won it’s first major contract, when the NYC Department of Environmental Protection assigned the complete structural evaluations of 15 bridges in the city’s watershed.
In 1994, environmental consulting was added to the company’s portfolio of services. Two divisions were created; the Materials Technologies Division and Environmental Technologies Division. The company hired several more employees and moved to larger quarters.
